Refund policy
We always hope that you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not satisfied for whatever reason you must contact us within 14 days of receipt.
Always contact us before returning any item via email to : sales@minni.co.uk. A returns address will be supplied.
Refunds will be given within 5 days of us receiving the goods back.
Exemptions to the above:
* This rule does NOT apply to bespoke custom made orders. Custom made includes any any personalised design and any design where the customer has selected their base/thread colour combination.
* Sale items
The cost of shipping the item back to us (unless the item was damaged) is the responsibility of the buyer and this will not be refunded. We recommend that you return the goods via Recorded delivery.
Please note items will need to be returned to us in their original packaging and in the original condition (not used, worn , washed or damaged) for us to issue a refund.
No returns accepted after 14 days from receipt of goods.
Should an item be returned for non-delivery due to buyer providing wrong shipping address; order will be cancelled and partial refund given for purchase price of items only. It's the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct shipping address at time of purchase.
All refunds are issued in the same method they were received
LOST ITEMS
Please do contact us within 40 days of purchase to report any non-delivery. If we do not hear from you until after this time, a refund or replacement will not be issued.
DAMAGED ITEM
All care and consideration is taken when items are packed. However should your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We may require photographs of the items damage and the box (this is for claim purposes). We may request that the item is returned to us- if so, once the item is received we will refund the original item cost including the shipping as well as reimbursing you for the cost of returning the item.
We cannot give refunds without photographic proof of the damage to the item and photos of the box/packaging. Please do not throw any of it away until everything has been resolved.
Please contact us about any damage within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Please note refunds or exchanges are only given for items damaged in transit. We cannot refund or replace items that have been damaged due to rough handling or dropping.
STOLEN ITEMS
We are not responsible for stolen items that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. It is your responsibility as a buyer to make necessary arrangements to have items placed on hold, picked up or delivered to a safe location should you decide to go on holiday before the goods are delivered. If you know an item was delivered and failed to properly secure it we will not be held responsible should item be stolen from your front door, porch, mailbox or other common area of delivery by carrier.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are non-refundable but if they are damaged on arrival, we will replace them. We will require photos to show the damage before a replacement is sent.
