Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:  We will aim to get all orders shipped a maximum of 2 weeks from your order date. 

If you are ordering an item for a specific date please give plenty of time as we cannot take responsibility if an item arrives after a date you had expected it due to the post.

AMENDMENTS AFTER ORDERING:  Although we will try our best, some items are made shortly after placing as so we can't guarantee any changes to orders once placed. 

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 business days for UK orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
